The HPRO maintains and promotes members to help maintain our social network presence on sites like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google+ and Twitch. The HPRO is also indirectly in charge of maintaining all forum presence in the recruitment office, and ensuring that all posts portray VG in a positive manner, and assists in finding new and creative ways to recruit members for VG. The HPRO is ranked Lt. General, and is considered a member of the UCoC.
Head Recruitment Officer (HRO) (decommissioned)
The Head Recruitment Officer (HRO) is responsible for all of the recruitment for VG. The main priority for the HRO is forum management on sites specific to the game in which is being recruited for. However, the HRO works along with the HPRO in order to create and maintain other forms of recruitment for VG, whether it’s recruitment drives, social media, YouTube videos, etc. The HRO also works alongside Division Officers to ensure their needs of recruitment are being met. The HRO is ranked Lt. General, and is considered a member of UCoC.
Social Media Officer
A Social Media Officer is promoted by the HPRO and is assigned to a social media site to maintain. A Social Media Officer is responsible for interacting with members and non-members on social media and portraying VG in a positive manner.
Recruitment Officer (RO)
A Recruitment Officer is promoted by either the HPRO, HRO, or a Division Officer for recruitment for a specific game. Most recruitment officers simply maintain a presence on specific sites, making sure a particular forum post is kept near the top, answering questions about the post, and ensuring all forum rules are followed. ROs are also encouraged to recruit in game, and help with other creative ways of recruiting.
